@USPSHelp Sigh. Over 2 months later, you're returning my package to me. Great. Since it was supposed to go to @ryka in hopes of a warranty claim on shoes that lasted barely two months, this was really not helpful. This is the worst experience I've had with USPS.

@ryka Women's Sky Stride Walking Shoes Sneaker. Bought 2 mos ago. The cosmetic stuff I can deal with, but the tread being worn to nothing, NSM. The quality of this shoe is appallingly bad. I have wide feet, so my choices are limited, which makes me even more angry at this.

@ryka Thx anyway but when I called they said FedEx can't deliver to PO boxes so it gets diverted to USPS. Fine. But that should be made clear at checkout so you have the option not to complete order & go elsewhere. PS the "Ex" in FedEx= Express!

@ryka The sneakers I ordered July 31, 2024 have been sitting in Pennsylvania since August 7th. It's 8/16. I live next door in NJ. Ridiculous. I'll stick with Amazon next time. You'll never see this since your last post was in 2022 but it needed to be stated. #CustomerServiceFail

@ryka PLEASE hire some younger shoe designers. More options like the Trailblazer Walking Shoe in Multi are needed immediately. Not everyone who has a narrow foot or a need for a product like yours is 60+!!!

@suzanneennis To protect your boots from water & stains, you can use a waterproofer. Please be sure to follow the instructions provided. We also suggest applying the product to a small inconspicuous area first to test results. We hope this information helps!

@ryka I need shoes for pickleball! I have Rykä shoes for walking but they do not have enough cushion for running and fast stops. Any recommendations?

@ryka I can't wait! Just a thought, if you call it a pickleball shoe, many tennis players won't buy it. There is beef between the two sports. Calling it a court shoe will increase audience.

@ryka Please consider a court trainer/tennis court shoe. The current manufacturers don't appreciate women's feet & the selection is meh. We want a shoe that is comfortable enough to be worn off the court. ❤️Tennis players

#RykaShoesAreCrap you don’t dare wear Ryka shoes if there is any chance of rain or do on the grass. If you do your feet are going to be all wet. This happens to me time and time again and here I thought the shoes by Riker would be the best for me. What a big fat lie.@ryka

@ryka I’ll just keep tagging. So, I went to your page and read what it said. So, if I buy a pair of your shoes and it’s messed up but the warehouse doesn’t think so I am not allowed to get a refund nor would they fix what needs fixed?

@ryka they’re not very sturdy and my feet actually hurt. Bad decision on my part shoes your shoes. I’ll have to go out and get leather ones that protect me from wet feet. Shame on you for your inferior product.
