@USPSHelp Its unreal how im sending out CD's to my customers and they get damaged. Esp. if the shipping is 20 bucks. Could you please let me know how to get a refund on orders that are delivered damaged?

@USPSHelp I have an eBay package I sent to Hawaii on April 10th and it’s still not delivered and customer is requesting refund. It’s been at Honolulu office for 5 days. I’ve tried submitting lost mail search but the usps website errors out. Help?

@USPSHelp need help with several packages I sent via UPS ground saver which I believe have been handed over to you guys. Some showing as no postage paid which is insane and incorrect. Sent you same message 5 days ago no response.

@USPSHelp No disrespect, but your service has been very disappointing. I sent a parcel in Feb, due March. It reached the destination state, then reversed. Tracking showed April delivery, now it’s nearly May with no movement for 2 months. No replies to DMs. What’s going on?

A package said it was delivered yesterday, but it wasn’t. I hung out in my garage around delivery time so I could catch @USPS @USPSHelp today and they drove off. I ran after but I couldn’t catch them. Been waiting for 3 months on this package for my son’s birthday (long queue).

@USPSHelp I’ve tried twice and been charged twice to complete a change of address to a new house and both times it seems have not worked. I’m still not getting any mail.
