@philclarke0170 @benswfc15 Like you said, no guarantee he would come back to us. Although, it’s not a wise move for them to do this, even though he has around 12 months left on his contract with yourselves. He shouldn’t be one of the higher earners IF he was to come back.

No idea what Mrs Bannan is up to. No one put a gun to BB’s head and forced him to come here. He’s been widely well received at club. Ok he’s not been used much by AN and perhaps there’s something behind that we don’t know but still… Silly really as there’s no guarantee swfc would want him back anyway. 10 yrs of him nearly bankrupt them and they need a fresh reset not the past. None of this makes it easier for him either way.

@philclarke0170 Sadly it was Chansiri who came close to bankrupting us and no one blames Bannan for leaving. We had to sell him to keep the club afloat. Given that you were pushing for promotion, it’s not a bad signing to make at all though.

@areyoflight @DrAnnieHickox I agree with you! It has saved my life! Over 12 kg down since taking it. Major benefits for me now. Too many to mention ! I don’t get why it gets viewed negatively imo.

@neuropuckedfox @DrAnnieHickox I’ve seen a few people say that exercise treated their depression/anxiety. It’s incredibly invalidating to people’s lived experiences. I often put exercise/dancing as self-care, not as an evidence based treatment.

@DrAnnieHickox Had OCD since childhood. If exercise cured it I should be well cured lol Every weekend parents took us on really long walks, talking miles and miles Also, before being housebound, I speed walked regularly- exercise limited to garden now OCD never went, they can go figure lol

Exercise and dancing are not treatments for depression. I think MHPs who dismiss established evidence-based treatments are obliged to offer realistic and effective alternatives, not LaLa Land fantasies.

This is from an ad I see regularly on FB, promising me that in only 40 hours of studying I could be an accredited coach. They say I'll be 'practical, trauma-informed and sensory-friendly' so I can 'empower neurodivergent clients'. These ads are misleading and exploitative. It's hard for people to know what sort of training a person really has - and many coaches charge fees above qualified psychologists and psychotherapists. Look for a regulated professional and ask how long their training was. It should have been counted in YEARS not hours.
