@_BTCStrategist I have a couple of them and have them solo mining to my own node. Do I expect to mine a block? No, but at least I'm helping support the network.

I know these miners are like playing the lottery. Does anyone have one? What are your thoughts? I’m considering getting one just for fun!

I remember FUD from a few years ago saying that for BTC to be a proper monetary asset it needed to be more stable. So I suppose if that happened it is finally... of course this would only be possible if the USD, assuming you are assuming dollar based value, was finally fixed but I doubt that will happen so... yeah.

Would you still hold Bitcoin if you knew it wouldn’t break its ATH for 5 years? At what point, if ever, would you call it quits, pack it up, cut your losses, and move on? Or are you like me, burned the boats, went all in, no going back?

@BitcoinTeacher_ Yeah, it's always sad to see cheap bitcoin disappear... but it is possible that it will come back.

Oof. 67k bitcoin. I’d expect a bloody market open soon. Bitcoin has been a good precursor to the markets…

@marc02200 I too am a bitcoin maxi but I can understand how gold has been considered money for thousands of years so its likely to die slowly. Personally I think in a digital age BTC is better money, by a long shot but I can appreciate a gold bugs view.

I am a Bitcoin maxi. Full stop. Nothing else comes close and I will die on that hill. But I want to hear from the people who disagree. The Ethereum people, the altcoin people, the gold people. Come into my comment section and make your best case. Because I genuinely want to understand the other side even if I know I'm not changing my mind. Let's go.

My best friend’s 36 years old. He’s good at his job, but for some reason he refuses to put his pronouns in his email signature. I’ve tried explaining that a simple “He/Him” will make him more relatable and make people feel safe, but he refuses. How can I convince him to do it?

Do I need it? No. Do I want it? Yes

@JoelHodlman The one caveat to that is depending on your location it is necessary to have alternate heating solutions in case of power outages. As an example where I live we have gas stoves that still function to keep our house warm even in power outages.

I’m actually curious because what does watching or creating actually do for someone that’s all in? What else can you or should you now do with that time?
