You’re confusing the KPIs. You think “agencies must be run by woke people with an agenda, because they reflect a worldview I don’t like”. The reality is that agencies ONLY care about what sells. They are ruthless. We measure sale volume and ROI and SOM by the 0.01%. If it doesn’t sell more products? Doesn’t get a budget. Ads follow audience. No data? No ad.
