IMHO: Today's $SAVA SEC filing for new "Chief Clinical Dev. Officer" is extremely positive. A small Biotech like @CassavaSciences doesn't land a Head, Senior Director, Clinical Lead, Professor w/ over 22 yrs at 2 of the largest Biotechs, w/o offering her serious future potential!

My take on today's $SAVA ph3 enrollment update: Positive step forward, regardless of your ultimate view of simufilam. If enrollment completes EOY, ph3 readouts will come end '24 to middle '25. I think the studies fail, of course, but having a clear timeline is always good.

@MattNachtrab Thank you! A better response from the milder cohort and the initial cohort tending to have more milder dementia patients helps explain the new numbers. Also tends to explain the best readout being the first 50, second best on the first 100, and then the 200.

Interesting observation… $sava baseline ADAS-cog11 for the 12 month reading of 16.7 vs the full 216 is 19.1. The starting adas-cog scores indicate the later cohorts started with much lower cognition. Later cohorts were more moderate than mild.

We need mush more subset analysis.

It looks like the moderate group 16-20 is not helped with Simufilam. Still this is an amazing win, actually improving the mild group after one year. Doctors have to get them on Simufilam fast on first presentment.

$SAVA - today's updated results tell you that simulfilam is no better than a placebo in Alzheimer's disease.
that's the most important and correct interpretation of the n=200 data from this open label study.

@MattNachtrab @FDA The stars are aligned, and if they have good data and some other solid news $SAVA could be in contention to get to market sooner than many think. Why not approve a small molecule pill w/o brain swelling or other major side effects that could partially reverse cognition loss?

$sava has made quite a move the last two days. Maybe investors are listening to the @fda message that they will remain aggressive supporters of #Alzheimers drugs. Maybe there is activity at the JP Morgan Health conference driving some buying. Thoughts?

Finally got our first meeting with PI at our local center for my father administration for P3 Clinical trial for #SIMUFILAM
I will be praying he gets accepted and on the treatment. this last year been extremely difficult for our entire family.

Boom. .1% month over month core inflation or 1.2% forward annualized. We are below the feds target of 2%. I think we could see negative month over month numbers or deflation soon. Fed is tightening by 2.63% and should not raise rates tomorrow

This is unnecessary. Show some respect to those of us who worked tirelessly in the pandemic to help humanity. I didn’t sleep for 3 yrs to help make a low-cost patent-free vaccine technology for the world, communicating to the nation 3-10 times daily to keep American families safe

What are they expecting to happen within 90 days of November 22nd?
