No one told me he was going to do that. I decided this was a heck of a good thing because the noise from the crowd was building up and the song was being sung all over Wembley. I didn’t say anything for, well when I listened back to it, it felt like an eternity. It was about ten minutes. I had no idea he was going to come to me so early. Nobody told me. Maybe they thought they’d do that because I’d said in the past that there’s too much chat before the game – that problem has only got worse since! @HeathrowAirport please can you share a contact email to complain over 22 pound charge I HAD to pay after your staff directed me to wrong floor, and I was there four minutes. Disgraceful. It's also impossible to navigate your site to complain as keeps sending me in circles
