@cwodtke I’ve encountered people conflating OKRs with SMART goals—specifically in a project management context.

The number one problem people are facing with OKRs right now is trying to use them for project management. If this is you, go back to the books and learn project management (and product management) Symptoms include tasks rather than results in your KRs.

Recognizing a change is unlikely is a necessary part of making unlikely change, but anyone using present unlikelihood as a reason to not start expecting anyway it is acting to prevent that change from ever becoming likely. The world is changeable. We can change anything we want.

Documentation is scalable and high-leverage. 💯
