@slptpro 114 unbroken is insane strength. I did 50 the other day in one set, I could probably have done 15-25 more I reckon. I just always keep my sets 25-50. You’ve got me intrigued to how many I could actually rep out now.

Started deadlifting heavy again 3 weeks ago. Just block pulled 200kg for a single. @OjeJohnson @TheImageGod slow down I’m catching up again. Haven’t deadlifted 200 since 2017, that was the last heavy deads session I had.

A high-bar ATG squat is the only squat variation that weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding athletes can agree on for its importance in your routine. There’s just so much value in it when used correctly. You don’t have/need to do it, just understand why you are doing it

I appreciate these videos bro, I’m sure most gym people do. I was trying something similar the other day, but the band was attached to the squat rack above my knee- your video says it should’ve been below the knee 👏🏽These little caveats/tips are gems. My obsessive nature had me overtraining hip flexors last week, till I woke up not being able to lift my right leg 🤦🏽‍♂️
