@soupsxup Genre matters when it comes to selling games. Some genres like puzzle platformers are harder to sell on Steam, it may be due to saturation, competition, or the level of innovation needed to sell well. I recommend you to read Chris Zukowski's blogs.

im not close to being decent at promoting nor is my game some masterpiece but i cant for the life of me understand what i did to deserve 16 sales on a project i put the work into. i guess i just have shit taste. i dont even wanna work on the new game anymore #indie #indiegame
