@KLM I have been in constant contact with them & they’ve been very helpful DESPITE never being in possession of it - was at all times with @KLM & has not been seen since Atlanta despite numerous enquires in Atlanta & Amsterdam that it would get to Dublin given importance of contents

@KLM 24 hours later is there any chance you could get back to me about my lost bag containing house and car keys after cancelling my flight home and incorrectly telling me the bag would be on the alternative I had to arrange for myself?

@KLM Yet bag was lost due to incompetence of @KLM who cancelled my connecting flight, incorrectly told me no alternative flight forcing me to book my own through Aer Lingus and then assured me the bag could be put on this flight. Without essential medicine and house/car keys for 48hrs

@KLM Filed missing bag report with Aer Lingus who are chasing you for updates on my missing luggage. Had asked @KLM staff at both Atlanta and Amsterdam for confirmation that bag would reach final destination and thy confirmed it would - w/out medicine and keys for 48 hours - shambolic
