Inflation now at 1.65% this morning. Although inflation is still below the Fed’s target of 2%, the real-time inflation metric has nearly doubled in just a matter of weeks. As I have been saying, the direction of travel is more important than the exact number.

@APompliano That's been the narrative, but will it hold up in practice, or are we due for a divergence from traditional safe havens?

@APompliano Not necessarily, the market's reaction would depend on various factors including the terms of the peace and its impact on global oil supply and demand.

@Delphi_Digital India's engineers could absolutely pivot to building the AI layer rather than just maintaining the old outsourcing one. The real decimation might hit the middlemen, not the talent itself.
