@techsleyt@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice respect. tag me when you start — will follow the journey. genuinely. accountability + a public commitment is half the battle won. don't let twitter goons (myself included) be the reason you don't crush it. cheers.
@techsleyt@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice respect the energy. genuinely — most people who say that follow through about 5% of the time. if you do, post the before/after. that's the actual data, not the back and forth on here.
@morenocubanito@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice appreciate the back and forth. honestly the disagreement is more about framing than substance. we both want people to chase a higher bar. cheers.
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice Most are not marketing 15% body fat loss in general. We are debating what is rarely communicated. Dan through out the number and stats for engagement now you think its a common discussion among men. Its not.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice My point is this. It is not some crazy statement to tell someone as an adult man they can reach 15% body fat just because they arent.
You are acting like the goal is 5% body fat or doing 30 pullups in a set.
Its just a standard thats ideal for health
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice didn't realize what. Heard of clarity and context before. This is not a gotcha moment. And we have to agree on our sources of numbers which we never have. So we are giving each other the benefit of the doubt.
@techsleyt@DelixLabs@CoachDanGo@1Bprice That is not how baseball batting percentages are looked at. Everyone knows if you can hit 25% of the time in the game you are likely making $1 million or more on your contract. But in the NBA if you made 25% of your shots you would cut from the team. Its relative.
@techsleyt@DelixLabs@CoachDanGo@1Bprice percentages are statical in the realm of possibility. Its like predicting the weather. So its unlikely it will happen. I can't believe I have to explain this.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice So because the TRUTH of the matter is that 3% is for America. And its 10-15% worldwide…. And YOU didnt realize that… my arguement is wrong?
Ok man . You’re just wrong and cant accept it.
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice he didn't say where his 97% came from so I would use a general comment that includes men of the world. If he said 97% of Americans.
See you guys just throw stuff out there. Throw numbers out there. Than get mad when people poke holes in your logic.
@techsleyt@DelixLabs@CoachDanGo@1Bprice I never gave a level of difficulty. We didn't dissect on why 97% are not doing it based on, "all you have to do" recommendations you guys like to give.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice See that just bad information. Thats not the worldwide data.
In the world the 15% bodyfat number is achieved by 15% of ADULT men.
Hence my point. You dont know what you are talking about
@techsleyt@DelixLabs@CoachDanGo@1Bprice ok. Have a nice day. Its been fun. Good luck. Maybe I will see your updated posts in 25 years and see if you got that same energy level that even the greatest athletes in the world couldn't achieve after retiring.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice “If only 3% can achieve something”
Is already a FALSE AXIOM.
Why do you believe only 3% can get 15% bodyfat 😭😭😭
JUST THINK
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice Discouraging who? If only 3% can achieve something in ANYTHING its means highly unlikely people will do it. How is that remotely traumatizing to grown ass adults. This delusion is wild!!
@morenocubanito@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice the 80/20 model holds up. elite athletes spend most time in zone 2 not because it's glamorous but because it builds the mitochondrial density and fat oxidation base. zone 5 sprints on a weak aerobic base just stacks fatigue
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice You literally started with “if only 3% can achieve that....”
Which is already starting your argument on an incorrect axiom. Thats my point.
You started on incorrect ground to begin with.
You’re discouraging people from taking action 💀its just bad advice
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice again I have not told people anything. Quote where i told people what to do. I simply said 97% means its highly unlikly people will see 15% body fat. You are hung up on the word "can". I can fly to the moon. is it likely to happen...hell no. Too many veriables.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice Dude i literally work with math numbers and science. You literally are telling people they cant do something because most aren’t currently doing it.
Its such a brain dead perspective 💀.
97% of men dont know how to code. Does that mean they cant?
OBVIOUSLY NOT.
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice I not once said what you should do or what people should do. Not once. I said based on the numbers its unlikely men will do it especially by saying, "well all you have to do....." My brain operates on math, logic, reality, and plausibility in the most efficient way.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice You literally just told me i havent done what i said i did because i want to be perceived a certain way in the last message man…
Yeah man go stick to the mean and tell an outlier he should do the same… horrible thinking
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice Since when did I say you cared to look a certain way. its not about you. You like your generation lives in exceptions to the rule. That is why most are depressed because they chasing possibility. Dreamers. They are the lottery ticket buyers.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice Yeah you’re delusional. Inability to accept that you dont know someone who disagrees with you online.
If i cared about looking a certain way my page would be very different.
You lack self awareness and as a derivative make leaps of assumptions that are constantly wrong
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice 15% body fat does NOT show a 6 pack. Not even close.
Ive never been a body builder so im confused as to why you mention it.
Only ever focused on performance.. stop straw man arguments
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice no, bro science is gym dudes who hold on to magical numbers like 15% body fat as the standard because it may show a 6 pack is not science. Just like all the other bro science Marine Corps dont even want bodybuilders, they are a detriment more than an advantage.
@morenocubanito@CoachDanGo@1Bprice They have maintained it.
But you see thats the original point.
Ive helped dozens of people from suicidal situations as well.
You speak as if you know or understand me. You clearly just make assumptions
@techsleyt@CoachDanGo@1Bprice I trained people to be men, survive from being killed, counseled men when their wife or girlfriend in the states left them while in the desert taking bullets and one step away from them blowing their brains out. Teaching someone to lose weight is easy. Can they maintain it?
