@Miss__84 @Apple Our billing team will be more than happy to apply a credit/refund to cover any downtime experienced as a result of an outage. In terms of her landline, if she isn’t already registered for Priority Assistance, I’d suggest checking this out here - telstra.com.au/consumer-advic…. -Febey

@Telstra My sister has as shes also authorised to speak. She has been into a telstra shop. This is a continual thing- again if it wasnt the vital call we wouldn't be with telstra. The plan shes on is ridiculous. And the phone @Apple sold her took full advantage of a dementia person

@annabell_JG Hey Annabell, after an app update or installation, you will need to sign back into the app using your passkey or password, however you shouldn't need to create a new password or passkey as your existing info should still work as normal! -Febey

And Telstra support said it was a fault, after a hour and a half of trouble shooting. I checked NBN and looks like a service outage in our area - checked a couple of addresses in our road. How long do these usually take to resolve? I was looking forward to a good long weekend :(

hey @Telstra - home internet has taken a hit for some reason last night around 7:30ish. ODU light on our NBN box is red, power and status green, and one red light on signal strength. Ae have some internet but speed is very bad compared to what we normally get. 1/

@HypocriticOathe Not great for 3 bars of 4G, and plenty of upload. Looks like congestion, possibly more services trying to connect there over Easter. Is it normally good there? - Matthew.

@Telstra Explain to me like I'm 5 years old, why I should be paying your second price increase in 12 months for less and less service. This is south coast NSW 2 hours from Sydney. Shameful.

@Telstra how can you justify the amount you charge for a service that clearly isnt being provided. Your faults department cant even maintain a phone call to provide assistance.

Twice this morning, you have bumped me off @telstra. What is your deal ?? Your service has disconnected over a dozen times in the last few days. I think I need to take you to the ACCC. I do not have the luxury of waiting 20 minutes each time your service goes down. seriously. We're going to have words today. This is RUBBISH. ALDI buying lines from you, and THAT is not going down at a 1/3 of the price you sting me for.
