@TfL my mum was injured on a bus when the driver pulled away before she could sit down. Her modest and valid claim was denied. She has now been waiting almost a month for a response to her appeal. Can you help please? Ref - CRM001:0427000005543

Today I received a PCN from TfL for a contravention I did NOT commit.@TfL Cloned number plates What’s even more concerning is that this notice didn’t include the proper vehicle details, which raises serious questions. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious issue that can affect innocent people while offenders get away. I will be challenging this PCN and reporting the matter. If this has happened to you before, don’t ignore it, take action immediately. Authorities need to take vehicle cloning more seriously. Enough is enough.

@TfL hi, please can you confirm whether the Met line is running over the bank holiday weekend in a few weeks as it says no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill, Amersham, Chesham and Watford but on journey planner it says the trains are running. 🤔 Thanks

Why is @TfL so rubbish! Tram late. Had to wait 10 minutes for a train to Clapham junction. Then 15 mins for a train to Kensington Olympia! 25 minutes waiting for trains. Not acceptable.

@TfL it's not very good when this bus showing 301 at Bexleyheath is actually a 492 to Sidcup Station! Surely having the correct route number on the front is essential particularly as both the 301 and 492 serve the same stop at this point.
