@TfL a man just got on a bus with his kid & scanned a child’s oyster with the kid walking past. Your driver did nothing. This was on a 36. Bus companies need to be fined. This is why our fares keep going up. Because you hire incompetent idiots & inspectors are nowhere to be seen.

@TfL can I make a suggestion. When one gets on a bus and it says listen to diversion - maybe play the diversion message so people know what’s happening? Currently on a 267 from Hammersith and we have nod idea where we’re going.

@TfL I have used my Apple Pay to travel twice, and been charged double both times on different occasions. I usually use my Oyster Card, but forgot it one day so used Apple Pay. I used it on Monday, was charged on Tuesday for £18.50 and have another charge for £19.50 coming out
