@TfL It worked perfectly fine at the ticket machine to buy a physical ticket but going through turnstiles all give me a 67 code. So it is a tfl issue and I'm annoyed at the lack of help here

@TfL hello. I used my contactless on the train then went into victoria tube and my card was declined with code 67. Could you please advise? I have no idea why when I had already been using it. Thanks

@TfL I'm fed up now. I called your customer service, they told me the card is fine but ALL tfl underground stations are declining the card. I left my details hours ago with your team with zero response. How I am meant to travel???

@TfL forgot to tap out at the weekend so my card is now blocked. Tried to pay the ‘outstanding debt’ online several times and it’s not working. My bank is showing the charge for Saturday’s journey as pending. What can I do to get my card active again?

@andyb0607 Hi Andy, Yes, you can use Oyster pay-as-you-go to travel to Kempton Park station. It was included in the expanded pay-as-you-go area for South Western Railway in February 2025. Please ensure you touch in and out at the yellow readers to pay the correct fare. Thanks, MES.
