BREAKING: Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy, founder and chair of the Civil Commission on October 7 Crimes by Hamas Against Women and Children, challenges the U.N. over its failure to stand with Israeli victims. @CochavElkayam's powerful testimony on behalf of UN Watch: Our Civil Commission’s report, Silenced No More, was recently presented to you. Drawing on an extensive historical archive, we assembled the most comprehensive evidentiary record of the sexual crimes of October 7 and in captivity. For two years, we immersed ourselves in testimonies of unimaginable violence. We revealed 13 patterns of abuse — including rape, gang rape, sexual torture, and the deliberate mutilation of victims’ faces and genitalia. Victims were filmed while being tortured. Families were forced to see the suffering of their loved ones. We had to coin a new legal term – kinocidal sexual violence – to describe the deliberate sexual torture of family members. This terror was made for visibility. Women’s bodies became spectacles of war. This was also a calculated strategy, repeated again and again. The truth is that Hamas created a blueprint for others to follow, putting women at risk worldwide. Finally, the question is no longer whether the crimes occurred. But what is the world do about it. Speaking for so many Israeli women who care about women’s rights, we were heartbroken by your response. Where is your compassion? Will the UN rapporteurs who doubted or denied these crimes acknowledge the truth? Israeli victims were not merely abandoned. They were singled out, dehumanized, delegitimized. We are now left to face a world consumed by hatred, and with an international system that fuels it. Will anything change? We call upon you to recognize our findings. And let this be the beginning of change. @theCC07

“Let this be the beginning of change.” Today at U.N. Headquarters, I addressed the Human Rights Council with a simple message: silence is not an option, and human dignity is not negotiable. Change begins when we choose truth over indifference. #HumanRights #UN #SilencedNoMore

You are a disgrace to the human rights community. Shame on you for responding with such cruelty to the pain of a bereaved mother grieving the loss of her beautiful daughter. She deserves our compassion and humanity, not a response as callous as this. Resign, and free us all from your hateful rhetoric.

A harrowing look at how Hamas militants and their allies raped, assaulted and sexually tortured their victims during and after the October 7, 2023 terror attack on southern Israel “to maximize pain and suffering," according to a new report cnn.com/2026/05/12/mid…

“Women were stripped, bound, stabbed, shot and burned. They were executed both during and after rape amid an orgy of violence in which 1,200 people were killed. Heads were decapitated. Pelvic bones shattered. Even after death, sexual assault continued. A grotesque, medieval obsession with sexual organs pervaded the crime scene”

In a new report , a survivor from the October 7th attack, using the pseudonym Sapir, told how a woman was gang raped by terrorists, during which one cut off her breast. 'He throws it on the road, and they are playing with it,' she said. A terrorist then 'shot her in the head' while still assaulting her. This is the reality of Hamas’ sexual violence, which some on the Left still choose to ignore.

A new report, which examined over 10,000 photographs and videos from October 7th, totalling more than 1,800 hours of visual analysis, has finally revealed the true scale of Hamas’ sexual violence committed during the attack. Survivor Darin Komarov, who hid in a caravan during the attack, said she heard at least three separate rapes. She said: ‘I heard one rape where they were passing her around. She was probably injured, judging by her screams - screams you have never heard anywhere… 'It’s between silence and screams, between pain and wanting to die… And after they finished, they shot her… You hear a bang - and silence.' 'There was laughter. There were jokes. They were passing them from one to another… It was done for fun.' After being rescued, she said she saw their bodies. ‘There wasn’t a single body that just “died normally”,' she said. 'Every single one had gone through torture.’

This is an extremely difficult read. The barbaric attacks that took place on October 7th are truly beyond words. THIS is the evil we’re fighting against. It’s why we stand with Israel and our Jewish community. ANYONE who defends Hamas is a terrorist sympathizer and absolutely disgusting.

A while ago, I watched the infamous 47-minute video documenting the atrocities of October 7th — the one not made publicly available, to protect the privacy of the victims. The worst part of this video is not what it displays, but who is displaying it: the perpetrators themselves. Gleefully. Sadistically. Unabashedly. Most of the footage was filmed by Hamas terrorists on their GoPro bodycams, some also by ordinary Gazan civilians on their cellphones. Even the Nazis tried to cover up their atrocities, but Hamas brags about theirs for the entire world to see. The killers are euphoric throughout the massacre, and their relentless, ecstatic cries of "Allahu Akbar" (punctuated by the occasional "Kill the Jew!") are simply nauseating. Some images are seared into my memory forever. I will never forget the two boys in their underwear — one with his eye socket hanging out of his face — asking his brother whether he thinks they're going to die, while the Hamas monster who had just thrown a grenade in their saferoom helps himself to a drink from their fridge, taking a casual break from the slaughter. Neither will I ever forget the terrorists playing football with a severed head. Or the Thai migrant worker whose head is viciously hacked off with a garden hoe — another "Zionist colonizer" getting what he deserved, right?quillette.substack.com/p/what-did-you… Or the throngs of Gazans crowding around pickup trucks loaded with the mutilated corpses of Jewish women, filming and spitting on the bodies. Or the woman in Kibbutz Mefalsim, crouching and begging in vain for mercy. There is some evidence of sexual violence in the video — the charred corpse of a young woman with her legs splayed and her genitals exposed — but not much. Apparently even Hamas draws a line somewhere: they are not as proud of raping Jewish women as they are of murdering them. Or, more likely, they simply didn't want to embarrass the delicate sensibilities of their legions of useful idiots in the West. But yes — there was rape. Not "rape" in scare quotes, as the apologists would have it, but sadistic, murderous sexual violence, documented in a new damning new report by The Civil Commission, an independent Israeli women's rights NGO. (video summary here: youtube.com/watch?v=K7fJuz…) Across its 180 pages, the report describes "a recurring pattern of rape and gang rape; sexual torture; mutilation; targeted shooting to the face, head and genital area; forced nudity; binding and restraint; genital burning; objects inserted into intimate areas; post-mortem sexual humiliation; and execution during or after sexual assault." And it was premeditated and organized. The terrorists crossing into Israel carried printed Arabic-to-Hebrew phrasebooks with handy expressions like "take off your pants," "lie down," "spread your legs," and "don't make trouble." I wonder why they expected to need those particular phrases? I know one thing: no civilized country on earth would tolerate the existence of an organization like Hamas on its border after October 7th. Not one. This includes every self-righteous Westerner currently lecturing Israel from thousands of kilometres away, without an inch of skin in the game. dailymail.com/news/article-1…

I’ve written and researched the whole seven front war since 7th October. It has been my whole professional life. I’ve written many papers and have just finished my book. I have written both positive and negative critiques of the war. All of that feels irrelevant in this context. The most meaningful thing I have done since 7th October is bear witness and relay the horrors done that day. I have seen part of the sexual crime evidence in this report (above and beyond the 47 minute reel) and it remains the most horrific thing I have seen in my life. Nothing Israel has done in Gaza comes remotely close to the horrors of 7th October. The Gaza war and 7th October don’t deserve to be in the same conversation when it comes to atrocity. No comparison. The rapes are the thing Hamas and their supporters are most scared of being exposed to the world. Every time I have written about what I have seen, 5x the usual amount of bots descend upon my replies. Abuse and outright denial. Now, the evidence I have seen, and more, is out there. When Yoav Gallant said Israel was fighting human animals in Hamas, he was absolutely correct. Read it for yourself: civilc.org/silenced-no-mo…

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Hamas brought written instructions on how to rape their victims. That's not speculation anymore, it's in today's "Silenced No More" report. 2 years. 430 testimonies. 10,000 images analyzed. Legal conclusion: it was systematic, deliberate, genocidal. They filmed it, sent the footage to the families. Assaulted victims after death. Targeted faces specifically... to destroy what their families would bury. The UN stalled for 2 years. Some academics still call the evidence thin. 1,800 hours of footage reviewed frame by frame disagrees. Hamas used rape as written, distributed, coordinated strategy on October 7. That is now the legal, documented, unimpeachable record. The question was never the evidence. What's the real reason for the delay?

🇮🇱🇱🇧🇵🇸 Netanyahu on 60 Minutes just said that the war with Iran “is not over” because “there are ballistic missiles that they still WANT to produce” The Israeli PM greatest hits so far: - Gaza: “We have to destroy Hamas, it's an existential threat” - Lebanon: “We gotta crush Hezbollah + buffer zone!” - Iran: "Nukes!" (since 1992! 34 years ago), then shifted to the "missile stockpiles!" Now just their intent to build missiles? Is he in some metaphysical war here? The man is terrified his mandate ends, and he’s maxing out and endless war, grabbing land from every neighbor. It's the classic case of the goalposts which never stop moving... Source: 60 Minutes
