A new 300-page report released today lays bare the full depravity of the October 7 massacre. The Civil Commission on October 7 Crimes has documented — with 430+ testimonies, 10,000+ photos/videos, and forensic evidence — that sexual violence was systematic, widespread, and deliberate. Hamas terrorists and the thousands of Palestinian invaders raped, gang-raped, tortured, mutilated, and committed “kinocidal” atrocities by forcing family members to witness or participate in the horror against their own loved ones. Perpetrators filmed it all and broadcast the images to maximize Israeli suffering. The barbarism of October 7th is unmatched in the modern world

One of the key findings of SILENT NO MORE, the most comprehensive report to date on Hamas’s sexual crimes, was Hamas’s aim of kinocide. They weaponized family bonds as a method of torture and terror. They forced family members to perform sexual acts on one another. Or to witness their loved ones being defiled. No one can read that sentence and not be moved to demand justice for the victims. Crimes of this magnitude must have consequences.

The 6 key findings from the most comprehensive report on sexual violence during the October 7th massacre: 1. Hamas systematically used sexual violence as a tactical weapon during the October 7th massacre. There were clear patterns of abuse across multiple locations, and these continued in captivity. 2. The atrocities were rooted in Hamas’ deeply antisemitic, genocidal ideology that explicitly permitted extreme brutality and the dehumanization of Jews. This was not random or incidental. It was a calculated part of their genocidal strategy to terrorize and break Israeli society. 3. Sexual violence was widespread and systematic, occurring in at least six different locations: Nova music festival, Route 232, Nahal Oz military base, Kibbutz Re’im, Kibbutz Nir Oz, and Kibbutz Kfar Aza. The repetition across sites proves it was a deliberate strategy, not chaos. 4. The vast majority of sexual violence victims were murdered during or immediately after the assaults. This created profound evidentiary challenges, as the victims were permanently silenced. This unique reality requires an adapted legal and evidentiary approach by investigators and courts. 5. Every terrorist who participated in the October 7 attack bears full responsibility for all acts of sexual violence committed, whether they directly perpetrated them or not. There is collective command responsibility for these crimes. 6. The evidence is overwhelming. The patterns are unmistakable. The international community must treat Hamas’s use of sexual violence with the same seriousness it applies to other armed groups. Hamas must be held responsible, not just for the murders, but for the systematic sexual terror they unleashed on October 7th. The victims deserve truth and justice.

I received a copy of this report back in Sept of ‘25. This report has been certified by the UN, overwhelming evidence was presented before they officially recognize it. It’s not surprising that the NYT’s released their op-ed yesterday disguised as journalism. The Civil Commission’s report is beyond damning.

Months ago, the Civil Commission approached the New York Times with a report on Hamas’ systematic sexual violence on Oct. 7 and after. The @nytimes said it was not interested. This comprehensive and well-documented report was published this morning by CNN and other international outlets. Aware of the report and its release date, the night before its release the NYT ran a shameful attack on Israel, belittling Hamas’ sexual crimes. That tells you everything about the NYT's agenda.

NY Rapport: The Civil Commission on October 7th crimes by Hamas against women and children.

Today, the Civil Commission released Silenced No More: Sexual Terror Unveiled: The Untold Atrocities of October 7 and Against Hostages in Captivity — the product of more than two years of documentation, legal analysis, archival work, and testimony collection. It is the most important work I have ever been part of. This report was born in the space between atrocity and denial. It documents patterns of sexual and gender-based violence committed during the October 7 attacks and in captivity, preserving evidence that too many sought to minimize, dismiss, or erase. The work demanded confronting materials and testimonies of extraordinary brutality. Justice cannot exist without recognition, and recognition cannot exist without people willing to preserve the truth with rigor, care, and moral clarity. What makes this report so significant is not only the scale of the investigation (hundreds of testimonies, thousands of visual records, years of analysis) but its insistence that these crimes be understood within the frameworks of international law, accountability, and human dignity. Contributing to this report has been one of the most meaningful and consequential responsibilities of my life. Working alongside an extraordinary team of lawyers, archivists, and documenters, I had the privilege of contributing to the report’s legal findings and analysis under international human rights and international criminal law, helping document and assess crimes that many sought to deny, minimize, or erase. I hope people will read the report in full, engage seriously with its findings, and understand what is at stake when sexual violence in conflict is denied, politicized, or ignored. The truth deserves a permanent place in the historical and legal record. Link to full report below. @CochavElkayam @theCC07

The Civil Commission Report: Our response TW: Sexual violence, torture, hate For many of us, especially the Jewish women in our ranks, the months following October 7th have been a period of deep pain and isolation. We found ourselves at odds with a feminist movement that seemed more interested in political posturing than in condemning the systematic sexual torture of women. This new report from the Civil Commission (link in comments) isn’t just a document of atrocities; it’s a demand for the truth. It details 13 recurring forms of sexual violence used that day – not as "accidents" of war, but as a deliberate, premeditated strategy. This was the literal weaponisation of rape; women’s bodies treated as battlefields. We founded this group in the face of what we saw, but could barely believe: the selective solidarity of a self-described sisterhood. Not just silence, but outright denial by officials whose responsibility is Violence Against Women and Girls. We came together to be the voice we couldn't find elsewhere. Today’s report is a harrowing reminder of why our work matters. The atrocity is the violence itself; another injustice was demanding women relive it as proof, absorbing horrific evidence to meet an evidential bar imposed on no one else. Like Lee Miller, we implore you to believe that this is true. One interviewee said that she had to survive, to tell people what happened here. She, like the rest of us, probably thought surviving would be enough, that people would just need to hear. We doubt she imagined others would still be trying to make people listen. This report being made public shouldn't have been necessary, nor should we need to push those who need to read it to do so. Those who most need to read it, probably will not. Denial teaches perpetrators everywhere than sexual violence is politically excusable. No feminist should be complicit in that. We refuse to let "Believe All Women" have an expiration date or a border. We refuse to be silent. We refuse to let women carry this alone.

"Women were stripped, bound, stabbed, shot and burned. They were executed both during and after rape amid an orgy of violence in which 1,200 people were killed and 250 taken hostage. Heads were decapitated. Pelvic bones shattered. Even after death, sexual assault continued. A grotesque, medieval obsession with sexual organs pervaded the crime scenes at the Nova Festival and in the Kibbutzim near Gaza."
