Your staff member broke several laws. By law you have to have different ways of communicating with customers.

@totalsecurity__ your guard told me my assistance dog and I were not welcome in the local @Tesco and told us we needed to leave. Why did he bully and threaten me? Why aren't your staff properly trained? Why did TSS find it impossible to talk to me about this on the phone?
