No 'outsider' can be blamed for Bengaluru's infrastructure being sub-standard, so it will never get fixed. *One Rain and Streets get flooded, low-lying area homes get flooded, trees get uprooted. *Underpasses in particular are prone to Flooding and should have been sealed. *Illegal constructions, city's vanishing lakes, concretisation, all contribute to Flooding. *Desilting Drains must happen before Monsoon Rains.
