@sudammaijhi09 Stronger dollar + massive FII selling are the key culprits behind the rupee slide despite solid GDP growth!

@Samhitab4u This could be because of USD becoming more valuable while our currency remains the same. FIIs are pulling out their money from our economy making the dollar more valuable.

The rupee has now fallen below 93 against the dollar. But India remains one of the fastest-growing major economies. Growing economy. Falling currency. Why does this happen?

@Samhitab4u Regarding these chips, ice creams and snacks marketed as protein rich, it is a marketing funda because those are loaded with many additives, preservatives and unwanted carbs which are not disclosed on front side of pack. Better to focus on natural protein sources

Protein is everywhere now. Chips. Ice creams. Lassi. Snacks. Everything is suddenly “high protein.” But not everything we eat needs extra protein. Still, brands are pushing it everywhere. Do we really need this much protein… or is this just smart marketing?

@SharvariGut I agree protein is a must, but whatever we eat need not have protein.

I will tell you my experience. I lost 20 kgs in the last 1.5 years. I take a high protein diet. Protein is important but actually the source is also important. All my sources are whole food except one whey scoop. I hit almost 150 grams daily. People don't understand that in protein absorption rates in the body is most important. You can take 20 gram proteins from these chips, lassi or icecreams but absorption rates may be 5 gram. 15 gram is wasted and is of no use. Eggs, meat and whey have almost 100 percent absorption rates. Most plant based sources have low absorption rates. Don't make bars, ice creams, chips as your main source of protein. They are still highly processed and nobody knows absorption in the body. They can use cheap protein sources. They can be taken as a replacement for a bad product that too sometimes. Eat whole food as much as possible or include whey in your diet. Further dont overeat protein if you are not weight training. Protein should be used by the body for muscle maintenance. At last it is another calorie which will convert into fat if not utilised.

@Samhitab4u It’s just a marketing strategy as I think most of the people don’t understand the micronutrients so they are just fooling the people. Also taking protein from fried food or sugary food is not beneficial because along side protein you are adding those extra carbs and bad fat.

Iran is now charging $2 million per tanker to pass safely through the Strait of Hormuz (Financial Times report). Just imagine how much more they will sell the oil for after paying this huge amount, global oil prices already jumped 40% since the conflict started, and this will push them even higher. Crazy times ahead for fuel prices…

Relax guys… this isn’t Punjab, but this place in Bangalore feels like it. No fancy setup Just charpai stools, mitti vibes & proper dhaba feel Butter chicken + roti = simple but perfect 🤌 And that kulhad lassi… thick and creamy Sometimes simple places > fancy cafes Would you try this?

The warning is serious because Iran-Israel war blocks Strait of Hormuz and India gets much oil that way. But right now govt says petrol and diesel have no shortage, stocks last 50-60 days, refineries full, no rationing for vehicles. LPG cooking gas is the main problem, long waits and limits for cylinders, so restaurants/hotels are hit hard. Conserve energy and watch updates, don't panic buy.

@iamrakeshbansal @rajesh_t9 Yes, this is the much-needed privacy upgrade we've been waiting for! WhatsApp will let us use unique usernames instead of phone numbers. It's optional, hides your number from others, and global rollout starts around June 2026. Super excited!

WhatsApp is gearing up for its biggest change ever! Soon, you won’t need to share your phone number to chat or call anyone. Just create a cool username like @ your name . Your real number stays hidden and safe. This update is coming in 2026 and will make WhatsApp much more private — just like Instagram or Telegram. Businesses will also get a special unique ID. But these businesses should not be allowed to send us WhatsApp messages without our consent! What do you think? Will you make a username right away? #WhatsAppUpdate #Usernames #PrivacyFirst #NoSpam

@BaluGorade People only talk about multibaggers, but here's the hidden risk. That's why blindly holding "good companies" without checking numbers can hurt more than quick crashes, slow bleed is the real silent killer in markets.

Totally agree! Going from HSR to Jayanagar feels like two different cities. Bengaluru has become a huge bubble, most of us live in areas like HSR, Koramangala or Whitefield, rarely visit old South Bangalore spots. It's the same crowd, same lifestyle, same apps every day. Stepping out really opens our eyes to the real Bengaluru that existed before the tech boom.
