I bought a Ronin S last night, the Ronin S is on sale today lol.. thankfully @BestBuy is always great about exchanges / refunds / returns 🙏🏽

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal I bought a Ronin S last night as replacement because i can’t have downtime... but the M has had no improvements... it seems as if there is a dead spot in the motor...? Is there a way to fix this? Or send off for repair?

I need to figure out why my @DJIGlobal ronin m is hitting these dead spots... or if it’s broken and i need to replace it 😟 (also happens when free-flying & happens going the opposite way too on the controller up to down)... and sometimes the pan motor gets stuck...

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal Hey! I balanced it out perfectly ; like can tilt in any direction without it falling I will try to rotate it again and see if there are any rough points

@v2lab @DJIGlobal Hi there, Just to verify, have you adjusted the balance properly and calibration? If yes, please try to power off the unit and rotate the motor to see whether it will be stuck with, thank you!
