Happy Wednesday all! Been super busy last few days. Kicking off a lot of new work, hired some amazing designers (still hiring more), onboarded our new growth manager. Two design + front/backend dev retainers are close to kick off too. Should be our record-breaking month.

It's all about dissecting time correctly First you need to find out what your daily/weekly recurring tasks are for both product + marketing - Define daily/weekly time blocks for these - Have specific days oriented towards marketing or product, not both - Actually stick to it
