Trends come and go. So do offers... If you don't understand the fundamentals of trends and cycles you will pass on your perfect offer. Think of it like this. In your lifetime of holding the domain you will get one offer that is the highest. Some domains ONLY get offers during the first part of a trend as the market positions itself. Here are three conversations for a domain seller: 1) What I want 2) Risk of passing, time and leverage 3) Buyer's budget/offer If I get enough interest I will share a formula to help you analyze this process.
