Why do some inmates build noticeable muscle (and get jacked) faster or more effectively than many dedicated gym-goers who obsess over protein shakes and supplements, even though they’re mostly eating basic prison meals like starchy chow, beans, and soup?

As President, I would read 10 letters a day sent to me by ordinary Americans. At the Obama Presidential Center, we’ll have some of the letters I read — and responded to — every night. I still get emotional reading them, and it’s one of my favorite exhibits.

America voted in 2024 to end foreign wars, not to go to war with Iran and to fund genocidal wars.
Americans aren’t billionaires who can afford to sit back and relax paying over $4.50 for gas and nearly $6 for diesel.

President Trump is known for his strength. By continuing to give Iran more chances, it runs the risk of damaging his record.
