There is no credible evidence or official documentation to suggest that Donald Trump or his administration sent COVID-19 tests to Russia in 2020. However, during the early stages of the pandemic, the U.S. and other countries did engage in international cooperation related to supplies and medical equipment.
One widely discussed instance was when Russia sent a shipment of medical supplies, including ventilators and personal protective equipment, to the U.S. in April 2020, as part of humanitarian aid. This raised questions about the state of U.S. preparedness but did not involve the exchange of COVID-19 tests between the U.S. and Russia.
