@HankVenture5 Ditches are a pretty damn important part of infrastructure. The ditchdigging MUST be done. If you pay so little you cant get an 80iq american to do it, Youll have to import someone and when the ditches are done for the season he'll rape your kids and get a DUI.

If you dig ditches you work very hard. You work very hard doing something that literally any able bodied person can do. That's why it's low pay unskilled labor. I don't get why more people don't understand that how hard you work has little bearing on how much you earn.
