Hi Twitter world. I'm requesting you to retweet this thread until someone at @Dynacare responds about my concern. They failed to send my Covid test report on time, did not respond other than sending me a no longer valid report and I'm having a nightmare of a trip because of this

Because @Dynacare did not send my report as it was supposed, I was denied boarding at Heathrow airport on Dec 20 and am stranded here for 4 days. I had to retake a Covid test, re-book flights, sleep at the airport, endure mental, emotional and financial overloads

All dealing with apathy from @Dynacare. After numerous emails and feedback submissions, all I received was an email with a no longer valid report. No acknowledgement or any type of response that could seem remotely human given the situation I was put in

I don't think that's right. I don't think that's fair. I don't think companies should do this to clients and act as if nothing happened. This should never have happened @Dynacare. As it did the least you should do is acknowledge it. #befair
