@Dynacare I'm very dissatisfied to say the least with my experience taking this very same test. I took the test Dec 16 for a trip I had on Dec 19, expecting to get the results within 48hrs as advertised. When supposed to, I did not receive the report and am until suffering the consequences

@Dynacare I am stranded in London since Sunday afternoon. I was denied boarding for not having the test report and had to sleep in the airport all in the middle of flight cancellations due to the Covid strain outbreak. I filled the feedback form, emailed support all in vain. No response

@Dynacare After explaining all this, detailing how it is affecting my mental, emotional and financial state, the only response I got was an email with the report, on Dec 21st when it was no longer valid as they need to be from 72hrs prior to the flight.
