One underlying issue here is that, as authors, we are mostly addressing responses to reviewers, not that much to the editor who often just gives a summary of the reviews. Not sure what #AcademicTwitter #ORMS #MathOpt folks' opinions are on that

On revisions for a paper and struggling to get a reference. Thinking of prioritizing accessible articles in lit. review, either in their final form or as preprint. Putting a preprint online (in applied maths and CS) is not "best practice", it's just practice. #MathOpt #orms
