This is a dangerous moment for our democracy. The use of investigations and legal processes to try and damage political opponents, such as Nigel Farage and Robert Jenrick, looks like state sponsored lawfare. The attacks on Reform UK are coming from every direction. But I suspect the opposite effect will happen: the more people see attempts to silence or undermine Reform, the more support they will gain. The British public are watching.
