ffmpeg using AVX-512 on the CPU is faster than my AMD dGPU Don't know why, maybe I am using the wrong parameters, but still impressive

@stackallocator mine's almost a tie/barely noticable difference unless we get in H.265 territory (NVENC is around 3x faster there)
