I'm selling 29,7m² apartment. My wife and I bought it in April 2018. for €46,700 as form of savings. Furnishing and equipping cost another €10,000. We adverstised it for €141,000, and we immediately had four buyers calling. Then people started bidding up to €148,000 because there's no small apartments left on the market. I really feel for young people buying real estate in 2026. Unless they inherit property from their parents, they need to work their whole lives for one mid size apartment.

@studycoded Harder just means you have less time for yourself or to be aware what's happening with the world. Who runs it, what they do to us since times of Babylon. That's exactly their game plan. Busy workers in survival mode.
