The utility doesn’t work. Also, using magnify.exe (magnifier) instead of the utility would have made more sense. However, it won’t open that either. Let me tell you a simpler way. Get a USB flash drive. Install Hiren's Boot on it. (You can do this using the Rufus program.) Insert the flash drive and select it as the primary boot device. After booting from it, you can reset the forgotten password using the "Password Recovery" option.
