Please can someone with knowledge of what is really going on make contact, as the call center aren't giving true answers, and canned responses for non-tech ppl given to tech person is infuriating, saying it's openserve not available. Contacted openserve, confirmed line ready.

@coolideas_ZA Thank you, cause the answers and help, especially after so highly praising support team that go the extra mile, to then have Coolideas call center say waiting for openserve, while openserve were saying ready and waiting for ISP, but neither able to contact the other.
