He paid for his wife to learn skills, but was shocked at what he saw the day he visited the shop ! In your own wisdom , is the husband supposed to interfere in official matters ?

The husband had every right to intervene. The owner of the skill acquisition centre is very rude and unqualified to train anyone. How can any sane person choose to punish a married lady in that fashion? Asking someone wife to knee down in public just for coming late to work? What if the young lady is pregnant or have some issues that can't be openly discussed with the shop owner?
