2 weeks ago our dishwasher broke. We called our landlord and he gave us contact info for a repairman that tends to his properties. So husband called him at 5pm, asking if this is a good time to talk or should he call the next day. This guy was really rude to him, said

it's not a good time but to tell him what we need anyway. So we give like a quick 5 min explanation, he couldn't figure out what was wrong over the phone and just asked us to send him a photo of the error and the dishwasher info. We did so, and didn't hear anything from him back.

Next week husband messaged him on Wednesday, asking if they could set up a day where he would come over and look at it. The guy messaged back asking what this is about, what he's supposed to come look at. So we explain who we are again, send him the photo again, along with

the dishwasher info and model. He says he can't come tomorrow but maybe on Friday, says he will keep in touch and let us know. He doesn't come or contact us for the rest of the week. Today (Monday) husband wrote to him again, asking if we could set a date, if he knows a day

when he would be available. This dude asks us what this is about (this is all in the same message convo). Husband tells him it's about the dishwasher and asks him if he still has the pictures and info. He says he doesn't have any pictures or info, and when asked

how is that possible (again, all in the same convo, 4 messages up you can see the pictures) he replies that he gets a lot of messages so he just deletes them. He says that he writes a sort of a ticket for repairs to keep track of them (obviously not).

Then he says he can't come this week, but MAYBE next week. He says he will let us know. Somehow I really doubt that.
