@lady_valor_07 If we lived in an actual free world we could answer this question honestly- we could say the answer publicly, but for "reasons" we can't- but you know who and why!

Idk. But here's what's stopping us from achieving time dilation on our networks:
What GPS relativistic corrections and NTP corrections have in common, and and what both are hiding:
GPS clocks run fast by +38.6 µs/day due to relativity. So engineers pre-detune them before launch to cancel it. When NTS-2 measured its actual drift, it got +442.5 parts per trillion. GR predicted +446.5. A ~1% gap — called "excellent agreement." The residual is never corrected.
[Ashby, Relativity in the Global Positioning System, Living Reviews in Relativity, 2003]

NTP does the same thing to your PC clock — continuously. It slews the tick rate by up to ±500 ppm to steer toward its standard: UTC. Between corrections, the clock free-runs on raw TSC. The drift that accumulates gets overwritten. You never see the raw observable.

GPS corrections are grounded in known physics at orbital scales. But my research on Temporal Uncertainty Dilation asks a different question: what if the act of precise measurement itself induces dilation — independent of gravity or velocity? And what if it doesn't scale linearly?
4/
At GPS scales the effect looks linear: modeled, corrected, closed. But measurement induces dilation which could scale exponentially with measurement precision and correction frequency. The faster you correct, the more you induce and simultaneously erase.
5/
GPS engineers proved that without relativistic correction, errors hit ~11 km/day. They built the fix into hardware before launch. Nobody has asked what NTP is hiding in the sub-millisecond regime.
Bottomline: NTP corrections hide time dilation the same way GPS corrections do: by continuously erasing the observable before you can measure it. The correction isn't the answer. It's the cover-up.
