@tripz_cs @38antmo Invite only isnt anti cheat g. Kernel level AC is literally the baseline, & manual bans are reactive. None of what u said “solves” anything, it just raises the barrier to entry. & Epic hosts tournaments all the time online. EAC is goated, you should do a paper on them.

also faceit wouldn’t be faceit without kernel level anti cheat, there’s a reason why fpl is invite only btw. Because yes some cheats bypass kernel ac but to truly protect a competitive space it has to be invite only + manual bans. Just like what epic games does, faceit, riot games, and many more.

@tripz_cs @38antmo But regardless your first post is just glazing riot games for a kernel driver that starts on boot up. Im sure you can do lots of stuff as a swe, but anti cheat & cheating isnt taught in any curriculum. If you had any idea about anti cheat you would just glaze EAC.

@38antmo vanguard is probably the only reason why gaming on windows is still a thing, vanguard quite literally does it’s job 100x better than any other anti cheat and it has inspired other studios and private servers to follow the kernel anti cheat approach, and yes it’s leading
