@da_real_jefe I disagree. Extremely so. The squad culture is his responsibility as coach. He can identify problematic players and recommend sale to the SD. He is responsible for managing how the squad behaves and the principles of the squad. The rule of fan engagement is an example.

Inherited a terrible squad culture and implemented standards. Got rid of dead wood and only player performing from the exiles is Rashford.. Team was 6th when he left and on course for Europe.. Not saying he didn't have his flaws. Incredibly stubborn and should have won a lot more games. That Europa failure in particular was a self made disaster. But he left the club and squad in a better place.

With the Amorim used to get irritated when asked about Kobbie Mainoo or how he spoke about Kobbie, you could tell he didn't like the boy for some reason but not based on footballing ability.
