@MichaelRedd_ I feel like many bigs take a little longer to adjust to the league as well. Yes we should be more patient on every player but especially bigger guys. In my mind they much more frequently get a lot better 3-4 years in. I look at Neemias Queta as an example

There's a lesson here. A lot of people were questioning Clingan after a shaky rookie year. For solid reason. But now? Now, there is growing hype around the offensive rebounding machine who is providing massive value at both ends of the floor. We (the press, Twitter, fans, ball knowers) need more patience. You can't bury (or crown) a guy after one season. You need a summer or two of off-season training, of body development, of mental adjustments. I know because I lived it. Year 1: I barely played Year 2: I earned more PT than coach told me he planned on giving me Year 3: They decided I would be the guy going forward If you only saw my Year 1 numbers -- or Clingan's -- you would've assumed short careers. But you didn't know the adjustments we'd make, the work we'd put in, or the confidence we'd build. That was my truth. That was his truth. And we're not the only ones.

Donovan Clingan has elevated his game significantly this season... World-class rim protection metrics. Towering presence with his 7'7 wingpan who snags 16% (!) of all teammate misses, helping win the possession game every night. True big man.

Kevin Durant is 26 points away from passing Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring list. Wow, wow, wow.

@USAvsWorld @Savageboston Except there would be less brakes - because there wouldn’t be the huge line in the left lane It seems counterintuitive but it’s true

@19_loading @Savageboston If more people slammed on their brakes and squeezed into place instead of a consistent moving line, traffic would improve? More brakes = less traffic? Ask Newton about that one

@LukeFraney @Telperion84 @Savageboston Happens all the time. Although most times it’s due to a wreck that gets cleared and then the traffic just lingers for a while. Or a car just randomly on fire. Happens daily here for some reason

@19_loading @Telperion84 @Savageboston So I moved to NC for school. There’s a merge onto 77 where it makes a new left lane I was stuck for 30 mins because people didn’t know how to zipper correctly. 77 was empty but idiots couldn’t drive the on ramp correctly. It was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen
