#TimeToTalkDay is a day for us all to start a conversation about mental health. The QESFC wellbeing group invite staff to enjoy a brew & a brownie, which had been kindly made by staff. Never understand the power of a simple chat #mentalhealthmatters

@LGBTHistoryMonth is a month-long annual celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and non-binary history and a chance to mark achievements and contributions.

#Projectpoppy is a fantastic project by @QESFC volunteering group. They are in the process of creating a poppy sculpture to mark remembrance day. Recycled plastic bottles and a lot of hard work. Watch for social media for updates or pop to open night Thursday 26th.

Thank you to everyone @QESFC who took part in #wearitpink day for @BreastCancerNow. Together we raised £500 and showered the college in pink.🩷 🩷 🩷

Another great lunch time with @QESFC student green team. This time creating boxes for bats, next week designing insect homes, all part of the College commitment to being green. Great effort from these forward looking people. #green

During #BHM the student association members have used displays arpund @QESFC to celebrate the achievements of notable Black women from the UK and around the world. #BHM

Why not have some quiet time and chill whilst learning to knit with @QESFC knitting expert Helen. The knit and Knatter group meet twice a week, have a chat and create items for charity. No experience necessary Helen can teach anyone to knit and provides all equipment needed.

@QESFC student wellbeing group have arranged activities to promote awareness of breast cancer. On the 20th October they have asked staff and students to wear pink, organised a pink raffle, pink cake sale and much more. #wearitpink

Great effort by @QESFC Green Group. Homes for animals being created ready for use over the next year. Birds, bugs and hedgehogs all accommodated. QE Green is just one if many activities on offer @QESFC. Come along to our next open night and find out more.
