The app I’m using is called 75dayschallenge. The challenge is to workout everyday for 45 minutes with one rest day a week (that could just be cardio, completely up to you), drink 3 liters of water a day, read 10 pages of any book a day, eat healthy (avoid fried foods, processed foods, sugary drinks) and limit your alcohol consumption to social events only or not at all. This is my second time doing this challenge. The first I was a little lazy with it but this time I’m going hard.
