@spookybrujita @AVocalistsRival its so sad because kids naturally love being capable but when you're taught you aren't capable and will always need your parents help, you dont even know what you're lacking. the kids are being failed on so many levels

@2centlove @AVocalistsRival that's exactly it! there's other equipment too that we explain+show how to put on, instantly before even trying the kids usually say they can't do it or ask their parents to do it... it's really disheartening ☹️ they're too afraid to do new things and just act helpless

@AVocalistsRival kids are not learning fine motor skills and so many parents arent educated enough on child development to put 2 and 2 together to realise its the screens. theres kids in my family who are going on 10 who still cant tie their shoelaces or peel a sticker without throwing tantrums

Pardon my ignorance as a Brit but I thought I was getting robbed by the waitress after they took my card behind their till at a restaurant. Turns out this is just what they do and then they make you sign the bill after. Apparently this is normal but I’ve never seen it anywhere
