The job of SCOTUS is not to subjectively determine whether a law is stupid. Their job is to interpret the Constitution and rule on whether a law violates it. If MAGA wants to end birthright citizenship, they should pursue a constitutional amendment. If you don’t like the separation of powers our Constitution outlines, then leave the country. Your ignorance is anti-American and incompatible with the principles this country was founded on.

You guys understand we’re going to lose the birthright citizenship case, right? Before you completely freak out, the traditional understanding of the 14th Amendment, which we are seeking to change, is not an insane reading of it. Nor are our arguments insane like the left has been same. That’s baloney to just shut us up. Neither side is frivolous. It’s a tough call legally and objectively speaking. But when we lose it, and I think we will, don’t freak out that this is some sort of conspiracy. It’s a hard legal decision. Sadly, we have three judges who aren’t even going to try to examine the question and will always vote for what leftists want. But the rest of the court has to make a tough legal call. I think our reading is the correct one. For various reasons, I think they’re going to rule against us. Don’t freak out when they do. It’s not an utterly irrational ruling like so many of the district court opinions we’ve seen.

Atp it doesn’t really matter they killed the brightest young conservative of the generation and the people who did it likely have their patsy. But one thing I know for a fact, he was not shot with the round they’re claiming.

If the bullet remained intact, it might've internally decapitated him had it passed directly through the spine. It also would've created a the large exit wound. However, the bullet fragmented; it broke apart.

This is my stepdad at my back door trying to intimidate me while I’m at home with the kids by myself telling me to open the door so he can talk to my son (I have a daughter him & my mom don’t ask to see her) I called the cops & because he wasn’t on my back porch or front door when they showed up he couldn’t write them a trespass, this is 2 days after him & my mom showed up again asking to see my son

@DailyMail It did NOT match the rifle. It did NOT NOT match the rifle either. It is a 30-06, but was too deformed for them to be able to get proof positive markings to say 100% it was that rifle. You're just trying to get us to go crazy with conspiracies and discredit ourselves, DM.

@DailyMail You don’t need metallurgical forensics to tell you he wasn’t shot with the weapon they claimed he was shot with. Anyone with a tad bit of firearms knowledge knew by watching that video there was no way he was actually shot by 30-06, especially from just 200 feet.
