@yepsuzn @KSNNews You're completely wrong. The Reorganization Act lapsed in 1984 and hasn't been renewed. Congress created these institutions by statute, and only Congress can abolish them by statute. Most courts have agreed with this. Trump cannot use executive power to bypass Congress.
