I grew up there, went to Deer Park High school, Washington, class of 1986. First snow by Halloween, 20 below in January, about 5' of snow max. Great place to live and nice people. We lived in 250 acres between Deer and Loon lake. 60% trees and pasture. Milked a cow at 5:30 am before getting the school buss at 5:50 am. Then milked the cow at 5:30 pm, her name was peaches.
