@selumnaaaaa @thundah1337 i mean it looks kinda like that on the overlay i dont blame you for thinking that
English

Hot take: people hate on this without realizing they couldnt do it if they tried. Mastering these angles & timings on stick still definitely takes skill and experience. Disregarding that over ego is genuinely pathetic.

TSK - DVD Tracking Small 2313 #1 (Horizon) yeah, i'm gonna keep doing this 😅

@selumnaaaaa @thundah1337 if i had my sens like that i wouldn't be able to catch up when the bot changes directions. i didn't really think too hard about my sens for this one
English

@thundah1337 I am fairly sure he is setting the sensitivity exactly so that when he maxes the stick it is moving at the speed of the target, so that the only skill becomes reactivity and the angle.
This is the definition of cheesing, even if there still is a skillgap with the other stuff
English

@MeloFPS @Riley_Aster not you specifically, i just know a lot of the raw smoothness ppl tend to play very low sens
English

This is right for the wrong reasons.
Controller it’s self isn’t the issue. Sens cheesing + a smooth input is the issue.
Should we ban controller or make controller only leaderboards because of it? Well that’s complicated. If we do that then shouldn’t we only take what input is harder for a task?
There is no real way to please both worlds other than separate leaderboards completely.
Otherwise say on pasu (MnK has such an advantage on this over controller) by this standard we should only consider controller as it’s harder and requires more skill and stick control (we shouldn’t consider one input over the other)
In my opinion the best thing to do is have different leaderboards. I personally would still love to see sens cheesing somehow be banned. I feel as if it’s very dumb. I don’t have an issue with having a more tuned sens for specific scenario. I do this with my target switching vs tracking (I play completely different sens in those kinds of games)
But having a sens that is literally just a reaction time thing defeats the purpose of aim training. Any good controller player can do was nekosu did. It doesn’t show their skill as a player much at all. Which they are an insane aimer and I hate how this is what gets them attention.
Idk it’s such a slippery slope.

Hey, let’s not do this.
English

@Riley_Aster yea thats fair, i mean its undeniable that its easier to get good scores on this on roller
English

@2nekosu Both sides definitely can sens cheese don’t get me wrong. But it’s honestly anecdotal by saying they also sens cheese (or fov cheese)
The biggest issue is even the smallest sens cheese on roller goes such a long way on this scenario since it’s a constant speed.
