@eljaybee8 @dieworkwear Trousers that are tight as far as the knees, and very flared after that, usually down to the floor. They had no waistband because they were worn with T shirts or kaftans (!). Worn by all the cool kids in the late 60s and early 70s.

This was a very enjoyable read. Big admirer of Monty Don's style. For about five or six years, I emailed him once or twice a year to see if I could interview him about his sense of dress, but never with success. To me, he's a great example of developing personal style.

Best example of poor journalism I've seen for quite a time. Which is saying a lot in today's world. Journalist claims that both sides of the bridge were flooded. It's the sea on either side of the bridge crossing the Bay of Cadiz, not flooding. There all year!
