Any UK landlords who accept the government deal to house unvetted fighting aged men, know this, regardless of what the government tells you, the contract will be ripped up in 2029.
You will have 3 years of government money, but by then, your home will be trashed and our new government won't honour Labours promise to repair any damage. You'll be out of pocket for thousands.
If you take their deal, I hope you're never able to rent your property again.

Humberside Police have now closed their investigation into the grooming gangs in Hull, claiming they’ve “explored every possible line of enquiry”.
No charges.
No justice.
Another grooming gang probe quietly shut down.
Young girls up and down this country are being consistently failed and abandoned by the authorities.
British girls deserve better.

Now some more are joining them today.
Four Albanian men sentenced for between 9 years and 10 years 9 months for committing a string of burglaries across the UK.

A man from Swansea has been jailed after he was found guilty of rape and assault, both against the same victim.
30-year-old Adam Ezalden, from Waun Wen, punched and kicked his victim on a number of occasions after the victim had made clear that he did not have her consent.
The victim was only able to escape the assault, which took place in April 2024, after elbowing Ezalden to the face and taking the opportunity to run away.
Ezalden was found guilty of rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in March 2026.
He has this week been sentenced to seven and a half years in prison.

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been sentenced for rape in Milton Keynes.
Mohammed Altaher (pictured below), aged 41, of HMP Bure, Norfolk, was found guilty by a unanimous jury of one count of rape of a male on Wednesday (8/4) at Aylesbury Crown Court.
At the same hearing, Altaher was sentenced to twelve years imprisonment, with five years in prison and an extended license period of seven years to run concurrently to the sentence that he is already serving.
In 2019, a man attended the home of the victim, a man in his forties, and raped him in Milton Keynes.
Altaher undertook a voluntary interview on 21 November 2024 and was subsequently charged by postal requisition on 22 October 2025.
Mohammed Altaher is currently serving a 10-year sentence for two counts of rape of 2 males in Bedfordshire in 2023.

A smirking rapist who used Grindr to find his victims shockingly claimed detectives subjected him to 'degrading treatment' because he was gay. Dr Mohammed Altaher, originally from Iraq but living in Bedford, was jailed for 10 years and given a five-year sentence extension after he raped two men, who did not know each other, at his home in August and September 2019. Whilst being questioned at Luton Police station over the offences, the AI specialist denied committing the crimes and said he was 'surprised and shocked' after being accused of pushing one man onto his bed and raping him. When asked about this incident, he chillingly told officers: 'I'm sorry he [the victim] can handle [a] bigger [penis] than mine. He wanted it.'

Two men appeared in court at the weekend after being charged with the rape of a teenage girl in Manchester city centre.
Mario-Alexandru Ratou (10/10/1999) a Romanian national of no fixed abode, has been charged with rape of a girl aged under 16.
Mario-Vifor Ratou (14/09/2003), a Romanian national of no fixed abode, has been charged with rape of a girl aged under 16 and false imprisonment.
Both men appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Saturday 11 April 2026 and have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Crown Court on Friday 8 May 2026.
They were arrested on Tuesday 7 April 2026 after a report of rape at a flat in the Green Quarter area of the city earlier the same day.
A third man in his 20s arrested on suspicion of rape has been bailed pending further enquiries.
